If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. Our online store does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been received, it can not be returned.
We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the following criteria are met: Items are defective - damaged / broken or soiled upon arrival. We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving the order. No refunds can be made if the customer has purchased the products when they have been sold or promoted. We can however make a valid credit on our website and the amount of the customer's order. Note: Simella can not be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
